Tony commenced his career in the Insurance Industry in 1977 when he joined Waltons Insurance in a junior role. Over the next 22 years Tony would progress into Underwriting and Senior Management roles with Allianz and MMI Insurance until leaving to start his own Consultancy business in late 1998.

In early 1999, Tony Hill Consulting Pty Ltd was established, consulting to the Insurance industry on various initiatives aimed at reducing loss ratios’ and improving profitability.

Tony is an Associate CIP member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and also holds Certificate Four in Workplace Training and Assessment as well as being a Justice of the Peace.
